User Agreement
This User Agreement governs the relationship between F&K Master S.L. (hereinafter referred to as PG Wallet or the Administration) and the User of the PG Wallet application. The PG Wallet application is not a media outlet. By using the application, you confirm your acceptance of the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree with the terms, please refrain from using the PG Wallet application.
1. General Provisions
1.1. This User Agreement is an official offer from PG Wallet and contains all essential terms of the service agreement. It applies to current and future services provided by PG Wallet.
1.2. Acceptance of this User Agreement constitutes full and unconditional consent of the user (hereinafter referred to as the «User») to all terms of the User Agreement without any exceptions and/or limitations.
1.3. Use of PG Wallet products automatically implies the User’s consent to the terms of this User Agreement.
1.4. PG Wallet provides non-custodial wallet services.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. PG Wallet agrees to provide the User with the following services:
· Conducting AML checks on crypto addresses (in BTC, ETH, TRON networks),
· Delegating TRON Energy,
· And other services specified in the application or other sections of the platform.
3. Procedure for Contract Conclusion
3.1. The User confirms acceptance of the terms of the agreement by clicking the «Agree» button during registration in the application.
4. Terms of Service Provision
4.1. AML checks are provided upon full and timely payment for the services.
5. Price and Payment Procedure
5.1. The price of services is determined based on the current tariffs set by PG Wallet at the time of concluding the agreement and may change depending on market conditions.
5.2. The User is required to make an advance payment for the services of PG Wallet.
5.3. Payment is made in TRX tokens and transferred to the crypto wallet linked to the User’s account in the application.
5.4. Any changes in the tariffs will be published on the company’s website at least 7 calendar days before they take effect.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
6.1. PG Wallet agrees to:
· Ensure the quality and timely provision of services.
· Provide consultations and technical support to the User regarding the use of services.
6.2. The User agrees to:
· Pay for the provided services on time and in full.
· Use PG Wallet services in accordance with this User Agreement and the terms specified in the application.
· The User has the right to receive notifications of any changes in service terms via the application or email.
7. Liability of the Parties
7.1. PG Wallet is not responsible for temporary failures and interruptions in service provision caused by technical malfunctions of equipment and software not owned by PG Wallet.
7.2. PG Wallet is not responsible for the actions or omissions of third parties involved in the provision of services, including, but not limited to, internet providers and blockchain node operators.
8. Force Majeure
8.1. The parties are exempt from liability for partial or complete non-fulfillment of obligations under this agreement if such non-fulfillment is caused by force majeure circumstances.
8.2. Force majeure circumstances include natural disasters, wars, terrorist acts, government bans, and other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the parties.
8.3. The party affected by force majeure must notify the other party within 5 working days of the occurrence of such circumstances.
9. Confidentiality and Anonymity
9.1. PG Wallet guarantees the confidentiality of the User’s information and ensures anonymity in the provision of services. The provided data is used exclusively to fulfill the obligations under this agreement, except where disclosure is required by law or to fulfill the contract terms.
9.2. The User has the right to use pseudonyms or other methods to maintain anonymity. The processing of User data is carried out in strict accordance with the privacy policy posted on PG Wallet’s official website.
10. Application Usage Conditions
10.1. The User has the right to:
· Search for information in the application.
· Receive information and services through the application.
· Use the information from the application for personal, non-commercial purposes.
10.2. PG Wallet has the right to:
· Create, modify, or cancel rules for providing services at its discretion.
· Restrict access to information in the application if necessary.
· Create, modify, or delete information in the application to ensure its relevance and accuracy.
· Refuse services if necessary to ensure security and the integrity of services. PG Wallet agrees not to restrict Users without sufficient grounds.
10.3. User account blocking conditions:
The User may be blocked for violating service rules, including (but not limited to):
· Violation of service usage rules.
· Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data.
· Using the service for illegal or harmful activities.
· Any other actions that may harm the service or other users. If such actions are identified, the administration reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block the User’s access without prior notice. The User has the right to appeal the account block by sending a request to PG Wallet’s support service.
11. Responsibility of the Parties
11.1. PG Wallet agrees to:
· Maintain the functionality of the application, except when this is not possible due to reasons beyond PG Wallet’s control.
· Provide comprehensive protection for the User’s account.
11.2. The User agrees to:
· Ensure the security of personal data from third-party access.
· Not disrupt the functionality of the application.
· Not transfer their account to third parties.
· Not register an account on behalf of or instead of another person, unless legally required.
· Not upload prohibited materials to the application.
· Not use scripts for automated data collection or interactions with the application and its services.
12. Terms of Agreement Validity
12.1. This User Agreement is considered accepted from the moment the User first uses PG Wallet’s products and services. The Agreement becomes invalid upon the release of a new version. Changes to the Agreement take effect immediately upon publication unless otherwise specified by the administration. PG Wallet reserves the right to modify this User Agreement at any time. The latest version of the Agreement is always available on PG Wallet’s official website.
13. Intellectual Property Rights
13.1. All materials posted in the PG Wallet application, including, but not limited to, texts, graphics, logos, buttons, images, audio and video recordings, and software (hereinafter referred to as «Content») are the intellectual property of PG Wallet or third parties who have granted licenses for their use.
13.2. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application and its Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
13.3. The User may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit to third parties, or otherwise use the Content without prior written consent from PG Wallet.
13.4. Any infringement of intellectual property rights may result in civil, administrative, or criminal liability in accordance with applicable laws.
